Chief Executive Officer Tony McKenna has over 30 years’ experience in the dairy industry in New Zealand, Australia and internationally. Tony holds a PhD in Food Technology from Massey University and a Diploma in Management from New Zealand Institute of Management.
Tony previously held senior positions at Saputo and Saputo Dairy Australia as Director of Global Business Development – Whey and Ingredients and as Senior Vice President – Ingredients, Nutritionals and China.
Tony’s other experiences included roles include Bodco Limited (CEO), Synlait Milk in New Zealand (General Manager of Marketing and Development) and Tatura Milk Industries (General Manager Technical and Nutritionals).
Chief Financial Officer Josh Fletcher has had over 15 years accounting and finance business experience. Josh is a Chartered Accountant and has over 12 years’ experience in the Australian dairy industry, where he managed the finance function as financial controller at Tasmanian Dairy Products Co (TDP)* from finding the equity partner to construction and then through to the first 4 years of operations as part of the executive team as a milk powder plant and business.
Josh then managed the finance function in Tasmania for Devondale Murray Goulburn Cooperative across TDP and at the Edith Creek sites as Head of Finance. He later managed the Commercial Finance function of Devondale Murray Goulburn as Head of Commercial Finance based in Melbourne. Previous to his current role, Josh was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia Cooperative for the last 2 years.
*Tasmanian Dairy Products Co was an $80m AUD constructed, milk powder plant facility located in Smithton, Tasmania. This was previously owned by Devondale Murray Goulburn Cooperative, Mitsubishi Corporation and the founding shareholder from Tasmania.
Technical Manager Uday Joshi has had over 13 years of experience in the dairy industry across India, New Zealand and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Dairy Technology from the Anand Agricultural University in India and a Post Graduate Diploma of Food Technology from Massey University in New Zealand.
Uday spent 18 months with Synlait Milk playing a major role in the new nutritional plant commissioning before taking up a Technologist role with Fonterra, leading to Senior Technologist and Lead Technologist over a four year period.
Uday during this time successfully led NDP projects to deliver infant nutritional products for China and SEA markets. Uday then took up the Nutritional Technical Manager role with Murray Goulburn for 18 months and more recently was the Technical Manager for Bega Cheese.
Quality and Development Manager Teguh Jodjaja has 10 years of experience in the dairy industry across New Zealand and Australia. Teguh holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Food Science from the University of Otago.
Teguh initially took up the role of Product Development Technologist with Synlait Milk Products before progressing to the position of Nutritional Formulation Technologist and then to the role of Senior Formulation Technologist. More recently Teguh has been the Technical Application Manager for a2 Milk Company for three and a half years.
Murray joined Corio Bay Dairy Group (CBDG) as Finance Manager in August 2018. In addition to managing the commercial and manufacturing finances for CBDG, Murray is tasked with leading the implementation of the company’s ERP system and is the project accountant charged with managing the construction finance for CBDGs spray dryer facility (AU $70 million).
CIMA qualified and with over 15 years’ commercial finance experience Murray has developed extensive knowledge of the FMCG food and manufacturing space. This includes senior financial roles across operations and manufacturing at multinationals including Nestle in United Kingdom and Danone in South Africa.
